HOW TO INTEGRATE L'AMOUR À LA PLAGE INTO YOUR ROUTINE?

Mix 1 stick or 2 measuring spoons of collagen/day in 20cl of hot (for better dilution), or cold water, or milk. You can also add it to all your recipes (smoothies, energy balls, etc.).

✨ The team's favorite version: We mix with 15 cl coconut milk and a hint of vanilla extract.

For optimal results, L'Amour à la Plage should be consumed daily for the duration of your treatment.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

DURATION

Satisfaite !

Cela fait près d’un an et demi que je prends en continue l’amour à la plage et je suis satisfaite. Ma peau est beaucoup plus rebondie, l’aspect général est mieux, cela me permet d’eviter les imperfections lors des périodes de règles.
Le goût n’est pas chimique. Vraiment le meilleur collagène que j’ai pu goûter/ tester !

Excellent collagène

Le goût du collagène Apnée L'Amour à la plage est proche d'un matcha classique. Vraiment Agréable à boire le matin. On s'habitue rapidement au petit arrière goût "marin" 😅 contrairement à d'autres marques où l'odeur de poisson rance est toujours aussi répugnante après 2 mois de cure car grossièrement masquée par un goût de fruit médicamenteux ! J'arrive au terme de cette première cure... Next : Le Cœur qui rêve, je viendrai vous raconter !

J'ai d'abord eu du mal avec le goût et puis finalement devenant un rituel du matin on s'y habitue assez bien. Le produit n'a eu aucun effet sur mon acné malheureusement (mais mon stérilet y est aussi peut être pour quelque chose). Peu d'effets visibles sur les 1ère ridules, à suivre. Je fais une pause et j'essaierai ensuite Bain de Minuit pour voir si je constate des effets plus significatifs.
