COSTS & DELIVERY

Delivery is free in metropolitan France, using Mondial Relay for orders over €100.

✨ For orders under €100: 
You can choose among different delivery methods, with various costs and delivery times:

- Mondial Relay (delivery in pick-up point):

🤍 Price: €3.95

- Frequenceo (home delivery), only possible for 1-month cures, packages under 1kg: 
🤍 Delivery time (after shipment): 2 to 3 working days
🤍 Price: €5.95

✨ For orders over €100:

- Colissimo (home delivery):

🤍 Delivery time (after shipment): 2 to 3 working days

- Chronopost Express (home delivery):

🤍 Delivery time: D+1 if ordered before 2pm
🤍 Price: €12.50


If you are located in Europe, delivery costs €15.

Outside Europe, delivery costs are €29.

Delivery times are given for indication only, and depend on the carriers. Under no circumstances can Apnée be held responsible for late delivery.

In case the delivery of an order turns to be impossible, we may cancel it spontaneously and cancel the payment, or refund you within 14 days from the date of the cancellation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you would like to return a product, you have 14 days from the reception of your order to do so. 

To do so, please send us an e-mail to the following address: hello@apnee-paris.com, specifying your order number, the returned product, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Please note:
- The cost of returning shipped orders is at the customer's expense.
- The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be returned intact in its original packaging, in perfect condition and not opened.

The product must be returned with the Delivery Note to the following address:

We recommend that you choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be made.
