At what time of the day should you take 1,2,3 Soleil?

It's important to take this cure during a meal, ideally breakfast or lunch, to optimize the absorption of vitamins, carotenoids and other nutrients. This will also ensure a better bioavailability of the active ingredients.

Do I need to apply sunscreen even if I take this cure?

Even if you're taking our 1,2,3 Soleil cure, it's essential to continue applying sunscreen to ensure adequate protection against UV rays. Beta-carotene can strengthen your defense against skin damage, but it does not replace the need for external sun protection.

We recommend applying SPF50 sun cream, and reapplying several times a day.

Will results be visible more quickly if I exceed the recommended daily dose?

We advise you not to exceed the recommended daily dose (1 capsule per day for 30 days). If you wish to optimize results, simply continue the cure for a further 1 or 2 months.

Is it safe to combine a collagen cure with a 1,2,3 Soleil cure?

There's no problem in combining a collagen cure with a 1,2,3 Soleil cure, or a 1,2,3 Soleil cure with an Omega 3 cure. You can even combine the 3 cures simultaneously!

These products have distinct actions that are not directly linked, and they can offer additional benefits when taken together. What they have in common is that they act on premature skin aging.

HOW TO INTEGRATE 123 SOLEIL INTO YOUR ROUTINE?

This year, I took the 1,2,3 sun capsules two weeks before prolonged exposure to the sun and have continued to take them since.
My skin tolerated the sun much better than in other years and tanned evenly and naturally, even though I generally tolerate the sun quite poorly.

Bluffing!

I took the 123 Soleil capsules a month before my vacation and the results were fantastic! My skin tanned evenly and without sunburn, which is rare for me, especially for the first exposure. The natural ingredients, rich in beta-carotene and vitamins, really nourished my skin, making it more hydrated and glowing.
