HOW TO INTEGRATE L'AMOUR À LA PLAGE INTO YOUR ROUTINE?

Mix 1 stick or 2 measuring spoons of collagen/day in 20cl of hot (for better dilution), or cold water, or milk. You can also add it to all your recipes (smoothies, energy balls, etc.).

✨ The team's favorite version: We mix with 15 cl coconut milk and a hint of vanilla extract.

For optimal results, L'Amour à la Plage should be consumed daily for the duration of your treatment.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

DURATION

For visible and lasting results, we recommend following a marine collagen cure for 3 months, several times a year.

Excellent collagen

The taste of Apnée L'Amour à la plage collagen is close to a classic matcha. Really nice to drink in the morning. You quickly get used to the little "marine" aftertaste 😅 unlike other brands where the smell of rancid fish is still just as repugnant after 2 months of treatment because it is crudely masked by a medicinal fruit taste! I'm coming to the end of this first treatment... Next: The Dreaming Heart, I'll come and tell you about it!

I had trouble with the taste at first and then eventually becoming a morning ritual you get used to it quite well. The product had no effect on my acne unfortunately (but my IUD may also have something to do with it). Few visible effects on the first fine lines, to be continued. I'm taking a break and will then try Midnight Bath to see if I see any more significant effects.
